I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service I received from Osama was amazing. He made the hotel very welcoming for me and my husband. The hotel was really nice, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. I loved having my own private balcony. The personnel at the hotel were very helpful and considerate. Abdell made our departure less stressful. The skybar and pool were a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and the hop-on-hop-off-bus stops right by the hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, with the girl at the reception and the guy with glasses being particularly helpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated away from the bustling square but still near various clubs. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with spacious rooms and a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the skybar and pool, provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The breakfast served in the restaurant next door was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Almost perfect. However, one small downside was the timing of breakfast. It was never ready before 8.30am, so don't rush down too early.
We had a fantastic stay here. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and the WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel's location was great, just a short walk from various clubs and nice bars and restaurants. We felt safe in this area, which is mostly frequented by tourists. Additionally, the staff, especially Osama and the girl at the reception, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They constantly checked in with us to ensure our satisfaction and made us feel warmly welcomed. The breakfast provided was also delicious.
