I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff, especially Karima, were incredibly helpful and made our holiday extra special. The pool area was huge and enjoyable, and the snack bar was a pleasant spot to relax. The free shuttle buses every two hours were surprisingly good, although it was advisable to arrive a bit earlier to secure a seat. The location was convenient, only a short taxi ride to the old town. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious bathroom, and a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the pool. The staff, from the baggage handlers to the cleaners and breakfast staff, were all very friendly and accommodating.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The entrance of this hotel is absolutely stunning, just like in the photos. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer a great view of the poolside. I was pleasantly surprised to find my room already tidy every morning after breakfast. The staff at the hotel are friendly and speak English fluently. The swimming pools are divine, perfect for a relaxing swim. I also appreciated the great selection of breakfast options available.
Almost perfect, but the wifi signal throughout the hotel is weak and unreliable.
Additionally, transportation options, such as the free shuttle bus, could be more frequent.

The room was spacious and conveniently located near the pool. The traditional breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the city was a great convenience. The pool and outdoor areas were superb. There was a shopping center less than 1km away with good dining options and interesting retail outlets.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel had a beautiful and impressive hall, and the swimming pool area was lovely. We really appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service to and from the city center. Additionally, the hotel's location next to AL Maza mall was a major plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was satisfying.
