The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, providing exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious with fresh orange juice and coffee. The location was perfect, being in a quiet alley of the Medina, yet still close to all the sights. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The location was perfect, situated in a quiet alley of the Medina, but still within walking distance to all the main attractions. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation services, making it easy for me to explore the Sahara desert and visit the Ouzoud waterfalls.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and modern, with a lovely Moroccan touch to the decor. The courtyard with the pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. They provided us with a helpful briefing about the city upon check-in, and their friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay made us feel well taken care of.
