The hotel's location close to the main square in the Medina and the Bahia palace was convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast served poolside in the beautiful inner courtyard was a delightful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to all the main attractions such as the main square and Bahia palace. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. I also appreciated the convenience of having parking available and the ease of transportation with airport transfers. The breakfast served was delicious and a great way to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The patio was stunning and provided a tranquil oasis away from the bustling city. The room was impeccably clean and exuded a calming atmosphere with its beautiful style. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful. The three gentlemen at the front desk, Abdu's and Omar, were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Despite our early arrival, they promptly arranged a room for us well before check-in time, allowing us to have a quick power nap to rejuvenate ourselves. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the lunch served upon our request. We cannot praise the accommodation and the staff enough - they truly made our stay an unforgettable experience.

The hotel had a beautiful, old-world Moroccan ambience, and we loved the peaceful inner courtyard where breakfast was served. It was such a treat to enjoy our meal poolside with a waterfall in the background. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent hospitality. Our room was clean and beautifully presented. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
